I'm Krishna, a fitness trainer at 4mFitness. Fitness is the lens through which I built discipline, confidence and a life I genuinely love, and my work is to help you do the same.

Over six years on the gym floor, I've coached hundreds of people: total beginners walking into a gym for the first time, busy professionals fitting training around demanding careers, and athletes chasing their next personal best. Every body is different, so every plan I write is built from scratch around the person in front of me.
